This happens on occasion when the news database is being built, usually during the submission of a new entry where the process ends abruptly due to e.g. high server load. It is easily corrected when identified. When this occurs it is more often than not caught by the person who posts the latest news item in question, but no one is perfect.Originally posted by ADG
