  • Did Apolyton experience problems recently?

Yesterday I tried several dozen attempts to go to Apolyton homepage but I was unable to load it. I think this was a problem with Apolyton since I was able to load every other page that was not Apolyton related.
This lasted for the remainder of the day. Were there some problems? Did anyone experience anything similar? I hope for some explanation.

I certainly did - it just couldn`t find Apolytons server. Perhaps it has something to do with me being in Croatia?

Maybe that`s it since computer connections in Croatia are a bit more quicker than a snail carrying a steam locomotive on his back..
          Thanks Alva.

No problems what so ever that last few days for me.

For the past few days I have found the site to be very slow. Instead of instant response, some page changes have taken two or more minutes. Curious....

I had a hard time submitting posts- took a long time.

                  All better today.

                    Hi obstructor.

I personally did not experience any access difficulties with Apolyton yesterday. As has perhaps been demonstrated by other responses in this thread to date, such experiences were localized that more likely than not indicate an access point drain at some other point between one's respective computer and Apolyton's.

I have noticed that the site is from time to time very slow, especially when I am editing a reply and then asking to save the changes.

The site has been perfectly okay for me for a long time now.

I've noticed a couple of times where a post didn't bump a thread in the last couple of days.

DSL in Australia has been having problems lately. Check to see what country you are in.
