  • Upload delete not working

After accidently uploading an empty ZIP file, I am unable to delete any uploaded file. Pressing DEL will return me to the main upload screen without deleting the file.

Is this a known problem? I could not find anything in the FAQ about it.

    The offending file is
    MoreLeaks.zip.

You are right. delete is not working.

/me thinks Markos recent changes have something to do with it...

Indeedy it doesn't delete and thus I can't get my 1.5kb test file off.

*bump* My upload has passed one megabyte. Still at least several megs left for me IIRC, but could we get this fixed?

Maybe Mark wants to do another round of bannings before people get the chance to remove the evidence.

Ditto, mine doesn't work either. I'm having people playtest a scenario right now and it would be many times easier if I could delete some files to make some room.

                  Can you overwrite?
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

The two files that have been mentioned in this thread have been deleted at the request of its uploader.

Until the identified technical problem with the 'Upload' feature is resolved, you can send a private message (PM) asking for one or more files be deleted from Apolyton's server that you have uploaded. From this point on, however, please do not post such requests in this or any other forum thread -- I will not respond to them. Emailed requests will be similarly ignored.

                      Can you overwrite?
No, but this would be a good feature to implement once deleting is back up.

Thanks Dan. I'll send you a long list.....

Ummm, could you post a general announcement about it? That way, people who never get to this one forum will know what they need to do??

I did post a news item to this effect at the end of last month... I have now copied it to make a forum announcement site-wide as well.
