maybe it has to do with ad blocking software that you have on your comp, like Norton Internet Security? I have the same problem and I'm going to see if that is the case.

Well, I do remember that some previous version of a famous firewall (zonealarm) kept blocking/popping up even after it was uninstalled, this could be similarIs God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
