PM popup not working

The PM popup is not working right for me or JT. This causes a problem if one is trolling and gets a warning. Not that I would do this, but some of the miscreants might complaing about being punished without a warning.

Maybe we need to authorize misbehavior until this problem is fixed.

I kinda got the same problem... sometimes I get a popup, somtimes I don't

Though at the moment it doesn't make any difference, since every time I go to Apolyton, I also go to the PM folder, since there's a high chance there's new PM's for me, whenever I get online
