It depends on what version of Paint you have. Older ones, in like Win98, and I think NT, don't have that option. While in, say XP, you can do that.

ME has it (I'm using ME right now, and I checked). IIRC, I could even do it on my old 3.1 computer

Odd. I distnictly remember not being able to do it.... In some version of Windows.

I know you can at least OPEN jpg's in 3.1's paint.
