        To the best of my knowledge, Asher was released after his week was up. It's his choice not to post. But then again, he's one of MtG's charges... so I haven't bothered to really look

        But if he is showing in the member list... then he isn't under restriction.

                        Just to clarify matters, Asher recently posted this on another site:

                        I was given a one week ban, and I just told MtG that I needed a break from the site, especially given the direction it was headed in.

                        My account will remain restricted forever, he's also under strict orders to ignore any pleas I may have to unrestrict it, which he agreed to.
                        He's happy where he is, and he's not coming back.
