                        Since we're discussing mods here, what is the difference between a "Moderator" and a "Vice-Moderator"?

                        Does Ming point out the deletable threads and in-need-of-a-vacation posters and delegates to you authority to delete/send to Mingapulco?

                                Vice-Moderators aren't quite as important.
