Hit Point is how close you are from the next level, so you may have a very low HP if you just passed a new level
Defense is how your avg post rate compare to 5, so if your avg post rate is higher than 5, your D is 99
Movement is how active you currently are (compare to the past, I guess) so the top 20 posters may only have a M of 20 something but my M is something like 50 because I recently joined the ACDG and have been posting quite a lot
