If you didn't get the mass email message, it's possible it was accidentally flagged as spam by a filter on your service provider's end or through your own mail client. Perhaps not. Either way, we can move on.

Again the convention code is usually mailed once registration and payment is received (which, as far as I know from Joe, it has not yet arrived), but I was going to send you the code... until I myself learned late yesterday that the block of rooms have been filled. Sorry I didn't get around to posting this here until now!

There is no guarantee that we can get another block of rooms. My name is not on the hotel contract, so it is not something I could officially request the hotel to provide. I will make the necessary contacts otherwise.

At least they didn't tell you that they didn't have any rooms left available period.

Forum handles are gender specific if the poster desires to make his/her gender known, otherwise they are male. I'm not sure if Chieftain has a female version, anyway
