I'm pretty sure that things will be wrapping up soon in regards to the hotel decision (it's looking like Embassy Suites). So I'm gonna go Hotel visiting for the Con the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. Who wants to join?

I want, but can't -- time/distance limitations.
I'm a non-voting Committee member anyway, so no loss.

Shoot. I would love to join you, but I'm going to be out of town for Thanksgiving!

I'm making arrangements to preview the place with their Corporate Sales Manager next Friday. Since I'm in town, I'll probably drop by Firaxis (not w/o letting them know I'll be arriving, of course!).
I'd like at least one other person to join me - my wife can, but then we'll have to bring Sophie. While I trust her judgment implicitly, neither of us are well-versed technically... A/V needs, networking issues... yeah, I know some and can read the rest, but I'd prefer somebody who lives that stuff and can get a feel for BS.

There's some nice hotels in Towson, and then in downtown Baltimore (Sheraton Hotel). It's a big city, so it's got a lot of places to stay. BTW, if you stay in downtown Baltimore, and the Orioles are in town for a game, there might be a lot of traffic during the day/evening.
And no, no one's invited to my house.
Oh, there's a Gamestop store at the Parkville Shopping Center. I better not see Harford Road blocked with a lot of traffic that day.Come over to CFC! | My Pre-Apolyton Roots! ;)
