well, with weather a concern and such I would opt for a buffet style as close to our meeting location as possible.

My sweetie wouldnt mind helping but she likes staying pretty close to me since she doesnt know her way around up there.

Lets continue to talk though, just would be nice if we kept everything pretty centralized

Yes sir she will

She knows how much i truly enjoy Apolyton and the whole Civ genre

not to mention the people I have met

She tells me to remember to behave myself

and she wants to be a part of this

I would agree that the biggest drawback of a cookout is weather. As long as we also have a suitable indoor backup site (with electric grills or whatever so we can cook) that isn't too far away from park and hotel.
