During <B>ApolyCon '06</B> held in Timonium, Maryland this past <U>July</U>, three representatives from <I>Civilization IV</I> developer <B>Firaxis Games</B> participated in a multiplayer tournament for the game. The game's Lead Designer <A HREF="http://apolyton.net/go.php?http://www.firaxis.com/company/bios.php?bioid=30" TARGET="_new">Soren Johnson</A>, fellow Designer/Programmer <A HREF="http://apolyton.net/go.php?http://www.firaxis.com/company/bios.php?bioid=85" TARGET="_new">Jon "Trip" Schafer</A> and Software Engineer <A HREF="http://apolyton.net/go.php?http://www.firaxis.com/company/bios.php?bioid=80" TARGET="_new">Alex "alexman" Mantzaris</A> went head-to-head with an on-looking crowd... and a camera documenting it all.
The sixth of a ten-part "Three Men and a Victory" serial is <A HREF="http://convention.apolyton.net/videos/three_men-victory6.wmv" TITLE="Click to Download (13.4MB)">now available for download</A>. Set to a selection of music from <I>CivIV</I>'s soundtrack, key pieces of conversation between the three and other guests and participants help to contextualize the in-game action as seen from each Firaxian's laptop screen on a rotating basis.
