My parents won't let me use a paypal account.
So, I'd need someone who has paypal to register for me. I'll reimburse you.
I must be the oddball 29 year old who has next to no freedoms here.

On behalf of the organizing Committee, we have and are continuing to do everything in our power to prevent that from happening. That said, again, the current number of registrants is too low from a financial point of view.
Given this, if you are interested and able to participate in this event, register now and not later. We need confirmed commitments -- paid registrants -- so that the financial commitments of the Committee can be met.
