I'm here already, but there doesen't seem to be a room reservation for meeting tonight. They do yave a room for us Saturday. I'm the first of the group that's here and can be found at front desk by my Firaxis nick of Nolan.

We weren't planning on being in a room tonight... we're meeting in the lobby/bar area and then going to dinner in the hotel restaurant, then on to BHG.<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

We're meeting up at 17:30 this afternoon at the Martini Bar, it's the hotel bar which is right in front of when you enter the hotel at the main entrance.Comment

Woot!!! Metaliturtle and I have made it! Thanks to Mings PM about Chicago rush hour, we left Janesville Wisconsin at about 930 PM on Thursday. We drove in turns and made it here by noon.
We're beat. Sleeping in a car sucks (and only getting about an hour at a time). Plus My best friends wife gave birth on wednesday so I had to visit them yesturday when I was susposed to be sleeping. I've now had a 3 hour nap and 2 1 hour naps in 3 days... Just let me know when we are meeting at the lobby for dinner. I'm gunna sleep till then probably...

Any time after 5:30 (EST) would be fine for meeting
I recommend by 6 at the latest (to give you some flex time if you oversleep )
