Comrade Enigma I appreciate your effort in trying to get a workable solution. I do not want to bother with the legitimacy of your "appointment" but I will agree to work with you on issues regarding foreign affairs. I also agree with you that all secretaries should have a basic understanding of the big picture and work with other department toward the common goal.
Regarding 1 week inactivity judgement, I think it may be better to allow people preannounce the time and length of such period if they have some RL obligation. If a secretary in doing so also picks a deputy to fill in for him then he should be allowed to return to his post when he is able to.Be good, and if at first you don't succeed, perhaps failure will be back in fashion soon. -- teh Spamski
