    Social Engineering: Our Political Future

    Comrades, we have made it to Planet, and the masses need direction. We must now decide how we intend to lead them in these first vital years on Planet. We now have two choices before us: remain as the simplistic, yet adaptable, Frontier, or switch to Police State.

    Let the advantages and disadvantages of each choice be pointed out:

    Frontier:
    - No advantages or disadvantages

    Police State:
    - +2 Police, allowing us to use two extra police units, quelling up to three drones before resorting to expensive facilities.
    - +2 Support, allowing us to support an additional two units at each base before our workers have to divert their time towards keeping already-existing units properly equipped.
    - 40 EC switch cost, reducing our store from 110 to 70.

    We have five days to make this vital decision that will shape the future of our society. Choose wisely Comrades.
