Extra units is a good way to kickstart a PBEM. 3-4 colony pods, 3-4 formers, and a couple of scout rovers/patrols. Whoever holds the passwords can look at the starting placement of players and ensure no one got screwed on their landing zone."Cutlery confused Stalin"
