I want to start a SMAC pbem game, I'm thinking Small or Standard world, any difficulty level, three or four extra pods at the start and tournament rules.
All rules and settings open to suggestions, I'm looking for four players total. I'll play the Spartans. And I'd like if we tried to keep a good pace, preferably no more than one or two days between turns.
