Peacekeeping Defense forces report that in the late war with the Tyrant, they captured four Hive bases (one was subsequently destroyed by being exchanged a couple of times) destroyed at least two others and stole more technologies thatn I can recall.
All this, I might add, with forces greatly outnumbered and, until recently, outclassed by the enemy. This offensive was undertaken to relieve the considerable pressure on our Spartan pactmates. who were under attack by the Tyrant as the 60s opened.
As Sparta has recently been able to take an offensive herself, resulting in the capture of a Hive base, Peacekeeping and Hive forces have reached a truce...for the time being.
We intend to use this brief time of peace to put our economy on a war footing and to raise some few units with our best defense systems, the prototypes for which have only recently entered service.Comment
