Replacement player wanted for Sparta in ACT054 (SMAC)

The SPARTAN faction is available in ACT054.

Human run factions are Spartans, Peacekeepers, The Hive and The Gaians. It is MY 2179 and the humans are (at least officially) all at peace with one another; Air Power is available, but not Fusion; the AIs are all still in the game more or less. IMhO, Sparta is in 3rd place, but not far from 2nd and has an excellent position, both geographically and otherwise. The outcome of the game is definitely still up for grabs.
