Can't think of any reason.Hmmm... any suggestions why I might not be able to produce a unit? duMa, hopefully things will straighten out for you this turn.
The only two instances I can think of where that might happen are when a pop. 1 base is trying to produce a Colony Pod or when you finish a prototype of that unit in another base, it will show 0 turns left and "red" minerals.
If you're still having the problem this turn, send me a copy of the file and I'll have a look around.

Apologies for the extra save warning. I leave my computer on 24-7 and really should remember to do a RAM purge before loading SMAC... :P
As for the overflowing minerals problem: it was for a Prototype, so it's possible someone else made the same prototype that round... I've got my Microsoft Worm Hunter out on the prowl now.
