Well, I'm not sure how much farther I have to go before reaching the edge of my island
, but, while, in the past, I've basically treated Creches like Civilization courthouses (built them where I needed to reduce corruption by increasing efficiency), but I decided that that +2 growth would give me a nice edge in certain places. (I've also started using Grainerys in Civ3 as well.)
