Start delayed due to technical difficulties.
Here are the military rules Sikander and I agreed to for our DT, as clearly as I can post them!

No attacks on opposition homeland (the starting continent). Includes attacks on units, bases, or terrain.
No units in opposition homeland, including airspace.
Probe teams are excepted from the previous rules, with the provision that mind-controlling a homeland base is disallowed.
The seas and other land areas are anything goes.
But no PBs at all.

I think that pretty much covers what we discussed, and I think it's in the spirit of the challenge, while leaving the possibility for significant military actions.
