Year 2182 to Tom. Connection to the Net is only through work, and I don't have SMACx installed at work.

      Turn to Shadowlord3.

Tench: Install smax at work, use the crack so that you won't need the disk.

Sorry to be the weakest link here, everyone. I'm using a floppy to move turns between my home and work computers. Unfortunately, I think my floppy drive back home might be misaligned. So it won't be until a little later before I send out the turn again.

By the way, I can't install SMACx on my work computer. My company keeps a tighter reign on desktops than laptops, and I no longer have a laptop. So this hokey method will have to do until I get my home Internet access up and running again.

Say, does Tom (Qantaga) read this thread? He doesn't seem to post.

Yes, I do read the thread when I can. I apologize for the sparcity of posting. Fall is a very busy time of year for me and I spend a lot of time on the road. When I am in a hotel, using my laptop, some of the connections I get are awfully slow. That poses no problem in receiving and sending turns via e-mail, but it does cause Apolyton to load painfully slowly, if at all.

Once mid-November rolls around, I will be closer to home for awhile and I will be able to post on a more regular basis.

If you ever have a question about the status of a turn, feel free to send me an e-mail.

                          On to Shadowlord3.

Thanks, Allen. We want a quick stay. Recovery, well, that's going to take a long time, if ever. We just want to get these seizures stopped.

Finally got my DSL online again. I can play at home now, so turnaround on my end should be quick.
