2157 to Garth....University officials are dismayed as despite all the government's efforts to keep their people happy, they grow tired of Civ21 and demand the 'Research Hospital' expansion set. Steps are being taken to ensure this is a hit with the public. University officials are not saying whether this expansion will include the 'Energy Bank' MP set.

Just to clarify - the Morganites actually called the election, but due to a bug in the PBEM system, it informs evryone else that I called it (as Morgan plays his turn on my computer, as it were).
