The Spartans have no objections to defence, however, the Hive is not threatened by anyone, Chaos Needlejets are purely offensive units, and the Spartans are the only neighbours of the Hive. It should be obvious to everyone that if this buildup continues, it is an act of hostility towards the Spartans, and we will have to respond in kind.
When did participating in a free, democratic election become a hostile act? The Governor is elected for 20 years, not for life.Comment
