    I would like to announce the building of the PTS.

    OT - I've signed up for a Diplomacy game in the Storie&Diplomacy thread. I've never played before so they are trying to set up a newbie game. Anyone interested?

          I thought it was the convention to announce the building of a SP rather than it being meant as a bragging item (although it works that way too!)

                It was in a game I played in with some experienced players (well more than me!) I also think it adds to the games atmosphere...
