I read about this bug on some other thread. I think it has to do with whether or not the creator of the game gets the first move or not. maybe you should ask that in a new thread to see if you need to go first to avoid the problem.Comment

I've started a new game and it looked ok when I sent it to standard oil, everything is on average and standard rules except for large planet.
maybe we'll finally get this game started
