When convening the council for a vote, it is considered proper etiquette to contact all players by email when this happens and provide details of the vote, along with current vote totals. Deimos, I have noticed the same thing from time to time. It seems that sometimes when a thread drops from the first page to the second page, it vanishes. When a thread bumps it down, it is visible on page two again. I have had to search for threads before, too. Very strange.
