Although originally reported as a vacation, Lord Darsnan was instead putting the final touches on Operation Elephant, the first stage of which was the military aquisition of Morgan Industries by a combined Land/ Sea/ Air assault. The Gaian High Command felt that this course of action became necessary after the Spartans unprovoked attacks against the Peace Keepers, and then the Spartans refusing to remove their units from militarily sensitive areas within the Gaian domain: although the Spartans had been warned on several occasions not to snoop around Gaian bases, why these warnings went unheeded. Perhaps in the future the good Colonel will take the Gaian military more seriously....

Liberty and Training Camp in order to foster a Cease-Fire between the Peacekeepers and the Spartans in that area. They have graciously complied with the request. Needless to say, The Chairman would be very upset should "accidents" befall any of these observers.
