      TURN!

I'm not "Yet Another Hive Player" ;-)

I mostly enjoy cooperative transcend victories, because I'm into "all that ideology and story ****".

2127. ...the remnants of C-company are making slow-progress north along a river beset with fungus. They've encountered University forces who have unwittingly stumbled across the borders of our southern frontier. I've assigned Foreign Minister Singh to initiate negotiations with Aristotle base.

And who ******'ed out my Einstein quote? Maybe I should have posted it in the original German, where the sound that a rooster makes is not synonymous with an *****-able word in english.

And I didn't make it up. I can provide references (and context...out of which I have violently ripped it)

The Peacekeepers look on with concern at the emergence of the Hive Police-State, and the rise to cult-status of their great leader SpasmofIT. I'm sure he has the best-wishes of his populous at heart...

Yes Brother, I must agree with you. I too am concerned, not only for my fellow researchers who must suffer terribly with the loss of their academic freedom, but also for the future this may presage. Already we hear honey-sweet words about "co-operation." To mine own ear, it sounds like "appeasement."

Yes, he may well have the best intentions for his researchers...errrr, people...at heart.

But the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
