I put Win2000 on my computer, and now it asks me for the CD even with the no-cd patches. Go figure....

Anyways, another Lal base bites the dust. Yet the drones are out of control!!!!

Lal tried to surrender to me, but I said no, deciding to finish the job.

Then there will only be the three of us left. Will everyone win with a cooperative victory, or will Kim decide to declare war and wipe out Morgan and I? With no other factions left, planet busters wouldn't really hurt him... I hope I'm not giving him any ideas....

Although I hear rumors that the initial release won't have multiplayer.

I am very excited too - though the likely initial lack of multiplayer makes it somewhat less interesting.

At least we will have plenty of time to practice before we start trying to out-cultivate each other.

I have my reservations about CivIII, considering that I too have heard the game won't ship with multiplayer capabilities. I'm sure I'll shell out my quid for the game nonetheless. I'm interested in whether the changes to the game are going to be successful or not. I hope so, the whole culture thing sounds intetesting as well as the minor projects that can be built in multiple cities. I hope to challenge you two to a multiplayer game some day.

The lack of Mp is a severe let down. Otherwise it does sound like there is amjor new things. Playing against an AI is just not the same though. Hope the MP add on won't be delayed too long.
