Theo, you need to get treaties with Lal and Santiago before I can offer you a pact. It would be suicide otherwise as they are the two strongest factions (not for long, of course!).
The Hive got off to a very bad start taking over from a weak dropout player, so maybe we other three factions can agree on some way to help. I suggest giving the Hive a Planetary Datalinks until they get on their feet. That is, we share without cost any tech that the three of us already have.

I knew it was bad when it started. If you guys want to do the Datalinks, great. But I don't really care if the decision goes the other way.
Trying my best to reestablish bases and get colony pods going since whomever started managed to completely screw up those 1st 10 years.
Couldn't believe there was only one base, no colony pods, two scout patrols and NO formers or even researching Centauri Ecology after 10 years.
Anyway....even being weak...it's still getting better. just much more slowly than the rest of you are progressing.Comment
