I'd like to ask if we all plan to hold to the Planetary Council way of things. Can we agree that if someone commits an atrocity, and prohibitions have not been lifted, that sanctions are imposed (for simple atrocities) or Vendetta is declared against them by every opposing faction (for the major ones)? Just as the computer would do.

2112 on the Khajran. This being my first MP game, I'm not exactly sure how the whole diplomacy thing is gonna work at all. But what you said certainly sounds fair.

Sanctions and vendettas for atrocities are automatically applied - the players have no choice in the matter. But of course human players are not bound to stay in eternal vendetta with someone who has committed atrocities against them.
