Found yesterday that Earthlink had been unable to change the billing address on my account without disconnecting my internet service. Although they *promised* me this wouldn't happen. The fact that this is all totally predictable doesn't make it any better, somehow.

So ... apologies for the delay and 2117 is now off to Big_C. I close on my house today and have to be out by midnight tomorrow so although I'll do my best, the disruption may continue for another couple of days. After that, things should be back to normal.
