Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
The Gaians are pleased to have assisted their pactmate in this battle against the Alien menace (as we are similarly assisting our loyal pactmate and Sister, Colonel Santiago, in her struggle against the Usurpers).
While we have no wish to impose a Pax Gaianus on Chiron, we do have a long, strong friendship with the Colonel and would not like to see any harm befall her.

Well, if the Spartans would speak to me, then we might have something. but unfortunately, they are far too narrow-minded for their own good. Let us hope they can accept their fate wih dignity, and they can at least put up a good fight against the second alien menace to grip Planet.
Chairman XWaste will enter the last Caretaker base this turn - let us ope she has a nice time in Progenitor heaven.
And yet we hesitate. We do not know the defensive strength that the Aliens might still have. The Chairman has his missile aassault unit ready to enter, and we have deployed two mindworms to the scene. The valiant, but ugly (butt ugly ???) Spore Launcher is approaching to test the strength and gauge the numbers via tossed spores.
Meanwhile the Alien leader commnlinks me to resonate and plead for a cease fire. I refuse, offering the possibility of abject surrender to The Lady and the resulting protection we Gaians can offer our submissives, but alas, this appears not to be a concept the aliens are familiar with. Muttering something about never baring her throat to her enemy's fangs she tells me that I will be annihilated.
I chuckle, as does the Lady Skye when I relate this piece of nonsense to her between tree flittings.
