My pactmate CEO Basil, will take the last PK base in a turn or two. We may again have to leave the base empty for a few turns marking it out of bounds, until Basil has a chance to take control, and make a new CP to found a permenent out of the way, out of bounds, base.

I do not wish war, but if I have everyones support, I could also ask to be elected supreme leader. What are your wishes?

Considering the current situtation, Googlie is the strongest human faction left. If he doesn't believe that he has a chance of winning this game, then I suggest we declare big_canuk the winner and report the result to Tau Ceti.
