I apologize for the reload. This has been one of the few games where I am not keeping 'Coles Notes' during play. I opened the turn, clicked on "accept" for a couple of diplo screens, then realized I had absolutely no idea what I had just traded for . (That's where the 3-line screen in the diplo channel is a bust)

I exited and reloaded the previous turn to see what tghe heck I was doing, then came back to the 2170 turn. No units moved, SE choices changed or anything - just saw the first 3 diplo screens and panicked.
