It appears only you have the power to transform this file into a format readable by Morganic networks: the University of Planet uses Macintosh network nodes only (they come pre-installed in each of our colony pods). If simple modifications (such as changing the type of the document) don't work, why don't you ask someone with more experience (such as Joer who does it all the time).
