This could be a fateful year. There is a baby worm outside my HQ. I don't dare attack it...the garrison is only green, and I'm at market. If the base dies in worm attack, I'm cooked...it supports my colony pod. Wonder if I'll get another turn.

I quite agree, but then, I'm prejudiced in the matter.

There is a certain tension to this game that is quite invigorating. I'll probably feel that way for some time to come.

No pods is WAY different. You can usually count on the stray Unity Rover to explore with. Not to mention all kinds of completions of work in progress, techs or just good old fashioned energy!

The plus side is that you don't get 'em either. You'll have to build all the rovers you send after me. Now, THAT's a relief!
