Well you said you had the uranium flats. I haven't seen a special feature in sight, and I very nearly missed my monolith. Also it'll only be my third base that manages to make use of the river I found.

Still, pop 5 at 2114 is still quite excessive. And all that with a base plant delay, with consequently a delay in research.
