After spending all the energy credits of the nation, Hive scientists finally produced positive result. The ASD was determined to be a prototype of an Anti-Schedule-Disruptor. Although it was not without shortcomings, the use of it had proved to be beneficial. Order has been restored with small irregularity remaining. Chairman HongHu ordered the next step should be the production of teraforming machinary in order to improve the surrounding area of all bases.

The GPE phase 1 has been slightly delayed due to dangerous terrain. The information from the GPE-1 has drastically changed the Rubinic production and research priorities. This looks to be a race against time itself. By early/mid 2120's the Rubinites should have a complete implementation of the 3rd(!) set of new strategies. Meanwhile, analysts are procuring data for the 2nd Decade Report.
