using the "voice" thing in MP smac

I was just playing SMAC single player, and i opened the network menu out of curiosity.

Keep in mind that I never played MP in SMAC.

There was a voice message option. I'm curious if anyone has used this, and i assume it is only for LAN games.

It seems pretty cool to call another player up like that.

Does it work?

While there might be a physics engine that applies to the jugs, I doubt that an entire engine was written specifically for the funbags. - Cyclotron - debating the pressing issue of boobies in games.

I think it's supposed to work in internet play as well as LAN. However, I heard reports several years ago that using it was terribly destabilizing. Caveat orator!
