Alternative site to get Vel's SMAX guide from..?

I have finally decided I would like to get Velociryx's published strategy guide for SMAC, seeing as I am finally really getting into the game. HOWEVER, the one site where I have found it charges $18 US for postage on top of the $14 for the book itself! That is too much for me. Does anyone have an alternate site where I can try again? I understand postage to NZ will be expensive, but I would only consider paying the price of the book again for postage, and no more.
