Auto-Place Population

Is there a setting which will auto place your population around a city? The same effect you get when clicking on the city graphic when viewing resources in the city screen. I get tired of having to rearrange the population when enemy units enter the city radius and when terraforming is completed.

I don't know of any other way.

But be careful about clicking on the city graphic to rearrange your workers. IIRC the default setting tends to maximize nuts. Not good, particularly when you are at a hab limit anyhow.

I always manually move my workers.

I found a possible solution under Governor (which I never use). You can set all production off yet allow the citizens to be placed. Will have to try this out.
