a really nasty way to make the ai stronger. give them all interest 10. since interest 10 is a pretty ridiculously powerful trait. I played a game where Lal had 3 projects finished by year 50. and ppl give u upwards of 5k just for peace.
forget all the +growth +industry. pop some interest 10 on those ai's. the only thing is u might be tempted to drain energy reserves endlessly. well it will still make the ai more powerful, and if u really awnt u can restrict how often u drain energy on the ai.
perhaps someone has brought this up before, but I haven't seen it, and its quite scarily effective.
