  • Specialists?

    What does the bonuses that each specialist provide mean? For example: +2 Economy, +3 Labs. I've in the past always converted workers to specialists without bothering to understand the equation.

      Agreed, Solver, but these 2 points will be immune to inefficiency losses, and multiplied by all lab enhancing facilities.

      Thus the net effect in most circumstances (the exceptions would be commerce effects, and possibly boreholes in bases close to the HQ, when only lower level specialists are availiabe), is that a specialist will give more net ecs and/or RPs, than a worker.

      Thus the stratagy of crawling nuts as the most advantageous for a "energy/specialist approach"

        Now I see why putting 7 Thinkers in a base helps research so much.
