Abbreviations. Is there a FAQ?

For example, 'when I get the WP ...' I'm assuming a tech but I'm not sure. Newbie craves enlightment.

I do not think we have a permanent list of these anywhere, but I can list the ones I remember right now:

WP - Weather Paradigm
ME - Merchant Exchange
VW - Virtual World
PTS - Planetary Transit System
SC - Supercollider
ToE - Theory of Everything
HSA - Hunter-Seeker Algorithm
CV, Vats - Cloning Vats
AV - Ascetic Virtues
PEG - Planetary Energy Grid

HEC - High Energy Chemistry
D:AP - Doctrine: Air Power
MMI - Mind-Machine Interface
ToT - Threshold of Transcendence

FM - Free Market
PS - Police State / Punishment Sphere, depending on context

CC - Children's Creche / Command Center, depending on context
TF - Tree Farm

UoP - University of Planet
CyC - Cybernetic Consciousness

SSC - Super Science City

OCC - One City Challenge

And many more, I am sure...

Although from what I noticed on this thread it seams to be lacking some abbreviations still...

And then there's the confusing one:

SE = Social Engineering
SE = Scenario Editor

Oh yeah, what does ICS mean?

IIRC - If I remember correctly
ICS - Infinite City Sprawl/Sleaze/Strategy (depending on your point of view )

ICS is a strategy widely used in Civ2, but not so effective in SMAC because of the harsh expansion drone issues. A lot of players still employ the strategy, however....it basically consists of building virtually nothing but pods until you run out of room, find another habitable landmass, and continue to churn out the pods. Basically total horizontal expansion, building next to no facilities.

Googlie: Thanks . And as far as publicizing goes, I've done these things:
-posted the news about on ACOL, Apolyton and SidGames forums (Apolyton announced it on their SMAC page)
-submitted the address to a bunch of search engines and several online WWW catalogs (latter being mostly Polish).
Any more ideas?
