Wierd stuff...

I only have SMAC and i recently noticed this wierd thing:

When you have tutorial messages on and you have just made a
treaty with another faction it says this in the buttom of the text message: "Treaties and Pacts with Progenitor factions have no effect on commerce.". And

I have only in the recent months begun playing SMAC again so this has probably been noticed by players years ago!
